• Prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase with terms approved by you
• Negotiate your offer with the sellers throughout the entire transaction according to your instructions, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions
• Attend the Closing and document signing session to answer any questions you might have
• Follow-up after the Sale to ensure the completion of any remaining details
